Participating sites can connect in the same live game. Each physical location requires its own Sales Gamez subscription and has its own active-player allowance.

You do not need a SalesGamez streaming stick. As soon as your account is ready, open your live game on any compatible TV using its browser, an existing streaming device or a connected computer.
The SalesGamez stick will make the sales-floor screen easier to set up and manage: connect it to the TV, join the Wi-Fi and keep the screen dedicated to the live game. You will be notified when it is available to order.

If a payment fails, we tell you by email and in the app and access is paused straight away. Access returns as soon as payment is completed.
Cancelling takes one press in your subscription and payments area. We email you straight away to confirm the date your access ends and that no further payment will be taken. The 7 free days are once per site, so if you come back later your plan starts as soon as you add your card.
Everything you select: all of Sales Gamez, and Entertainment Gamez too if you choose it. Nothing is taken during the 7 days.

In your subscription and payments area, press cancel. It takes effect straight away, we email you to confirm, and no further payment is taken. You keep everything until the end of the period you have paid for, or until your 7 free days end if you cancel in the trial.
The 7 free days are once per site, and they only count once the trial has actually started. If you cancel and later come back on the same account, your plan starts as soon as you add your card, and everything you had before is still saved.
Yes. In your subscription and payments area you can close your account yourself at any time. Any plan still running is cancelled, and your site and all of your details are permanently deleted. If you sign up again later with the same email, you start fresh with a new 7 day free trial.

Yes. Remove it within the 7 days and it is never charged, so only Sales Gamez continues. If you cancel Sales Gamez, everything stops.
No. It is an optional entertainment collection alongside Sales Gamez, billed on the same date as your Sales Gamez plan.
